Maven https errors with RAD/Eclipse -
rad 9.6.1 (java 8) on windows
maven current culprit, i'm betting eclipse-wide/java-wide. rad errors showing this, on project , pom.xml:

or, when run maven inside rad, this:

i suspect it's not this site, site no longer supports sslv3. i've seen in websphere too, when had a setting "ssl_tls", apparently doesn't tls 1.1 or 1.2. finding hoped right rad property file address setting, didn't seem make difference.

but changing settings there hasn't helped.
